Please arrive to your colour match consultation & fitting appointment with freshly washed & straightened hair to ensure the best colour matching / fitting results. Shampoo all over & rinse twice and condition just the ends of your natural hair. Do not colour or use purple shampoo / toner inbetween the two appointments as your hair is ordered straight after the appointment so the colours cannot be altered once arrived and unfortunately your deposit will be lost.
